Kept a mixed Windows, macOS and Linux environment running for a 120+ person company, and replaced the repetitive parts of the job with Python and PowerShell automation.

• Supported 120+ employees across Windows, macOS and Linux environments, resolving 200+ service requests at roughly 97% efficiency.
• Built a Python Flask daemon that connects Plane.so issue activity to Slack, posting notifications and answering slash commands so status updates stopped depending on someone remembering to check the board.
• Wrote a PowerShell onboarding script to automate repetitive account and workstation setup steps.
• Deployed and maintained a Home Assistant server to centralize monitoring and service status across integrations.
• Supported infrastructure including servers, switches and access points, documenting configurations and fixes for repeatability.
• Contributed to PCI compliance documentation.

• Developed and maintained web applications with JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js and HTML/CSS, backed by MySQL and MongoDB, delivering features through REST APIs.
• Worked in Agile/Scrum cycles to analyze requirements, write testable code, debug issues and support incident resolution.
• Used Git and CI/CD pipelines to test and deploy changes in shared codebases.
• Wrote test cases, validated application behaviour and contributed to technical documentation and reporting dashboards.
